What it includes?

  • 1-on-1 online session with Mansi Mahajan
  • Total of 40 min each.

Sequence of the Set Session: 

- Tune In/ Centering Process - 5 minutes 

- Breath work/Pranayama - 15 minutes 

- Meditation/ Mindfulness Practise - 15 minutes 

- Tune Out: 5 minutes

Why Meditation for Golfers?

Practicing mindfulness inculcates present moment awareness, almost like resetting the mind to factory settings. The mind is full of chatter and noise, and making meditation, as a part of your daily routine doesn’t just quieten the mind, it puts you in a more joyful state. It's mental training for golf, just like we work the body in the gym; we need to work the mind in the gymnasium of breath.  Playing better under pressure, staying unattached to each shot, and not worrying about the outcome comes with more practice, and eventually will make you a happier and healthier person and golfer!
