4 Session Golf Fitness Plan


What it includes?
  • Basic, 1-on-1 fitness classes.

  • Total of 4 sessions, twice a week for 45 min each.

    What a typical single lesson looks like?

    Day 0: We get in touch with you to set up the introductory call. 
    Day 1: Orientation call to assess fitness levels, determine injuries & areas of improvement.  
    Day 2: 1-on-1 live session with coach for 30 mins. 
    Day 3-4: You practice, shoot video & send to coach for review. 
    Day 5: 1-on-1 live review session with coach for 30 mins.

    What do I get?

    Recorded Live sessions for reference. 
    Free access to your own private coaching library with training notes from the session.
