Sukhman Singh Win's IGU Junior Nationals at Digboi Links

Jaypee IGPN Golf Academy junior, Sukhman Singh bags the title at the Digboi Links Golf Cub on 21st  October 2022. 

Sukhman played steady golf and shot rounds of 76,74,73,75 total 10 over par, winning by a handsome margin of 6 shots.

 A week earlier he lost out by a thin margin in the final round, where he was leading after three rounds but did not have a very eventful final round at Western India Junior Boys Championship at Tollygunge, Calcutta. This loss fired him up to win ,the Digboi event subsequently.

He has been training at the Jaypee IGPN Golf Academy under the mentorship of his coach Mr Monish Bindra and fitness instructors Mr Sandeep and Pradeep Parihar.

 

Sukhman has shown steady improvement over the past one year, where his ball striking has become more consistent and longer, as a matter of fact he is amongst the longest hitting juniors in the country.
